I love ordering on the app - I’m fussy and this allows me to customize and not put the burden of getting my order correct on the barista. One tiny request - please add ‘extra ice’ as one of the options. You have an option for less ice but not for extra ice

Caribou service sucks
I don’t know why but every time o order whether it’s online or in store they always forget parts of my orders. Whether it’s a missing meal or dessert. They can only do coffee stay away if you want anything other than coffee.

Need to add Hot Matcha Latte
There is not a way I can order a hot Matcha latte in a medium size with just two scoops instead of three scoops of Matcha. Need to work on the hot Matcha latte ordering in the app
