Love Caribou
I’m really liking the new app and the ease of it. I think the best enhancement is having the rewards show up right away vs clicking somewhere else to see what’s available. There’s only one option I wish was available when customizing: rather than ‘regular’ or ‘half’ for syrups, choosing the number of pumps would be great!

App Quality Eroding
I’ve been an avid user for years, but the last few months have been a steady decline in app quality. Unable to place orders, poor (seemingly AI) design updates, and glitchy effects make me not want to use it.
Doesn’t work!
The app always says “oops! We spilled our coffee” anytime I try to use it. It’s been months and still isn’t working. What’s the deal? I’m specifically trying to order the strawberry pineapple energy drink.

Free drink up to 200pts
When I first joined it was 150. And no max price, whereas now it’s $10. To have to download an app and they’re likely selling your data, I’d rather just delete it and support a different locally owned coffee shop and go back to the paper punch cards.
App doesn’t work
I have attempted to use the app several times. I get notifications for promotions. However, when I try to scan the ID code, use the number for the drive through or my phone number, I am not recognized as an account holder. No credits to my rewards account.

I absolutely love this app. You are able to order ahead, so your order is ready when you get there. No wait in line times , it’s quick, easy and convenient ‼️ I highly recommend this app for real it’s a huge time saver. You can also pay online! It’s a one stop shop!!
