They are just scamming you
I put in my order and it said for delivery but it never showed and disappeared on the app. They still charged my card.
Love it
My fav
Fast
User friendly design
took me long enough
been having Caribou for the longest time. then I finally figured, “hey let me get this app so I can get some perks for all this money I’m spending there”. 🤦🏾♂️
Need walk in as a thank you you too default setting option
Would be great if you could default the type of pick up order you want. It’s frustrating to see it switched to drive up instead of walk in and then get stuck in a huge line.
Perfect
Perfect for your fix!

Delicious
Great service and delicious drinks
Easy to navigate!
The app is easy to navigate and use, which is especially helpful when I’m in the drive-through. I love being able to take advantage of all the offers.
Nice
Easy to use
Wrong locations
No matter how many times I double-check the addresses to ensure I’m going to the right location they never seem to have my order and tell me I need to visit another store this is because the app keeps changing the location on me somewhere between changing the location myself and putting payment through.
This also leads into my coffee not being the most fresh either. It’s extremely frustrating.

Amazing coffee company!
I loved trying out their amazing food and drinks for either breakfast or lunch a few times. I love that they have some items with lavender.
