Need prices
The app is fine EXCEPT no prices are listed other than for the special menu items. I have to put something in the cart before I can see the price, which is super annoying.
Error Message
Every time I go on the app, it gives me the error message “oops we spilled our coffee” and nothing changes when I click try again or reopen the app. My home page never works but I can still order from the ordering tab.
Best coffee best service
Order my normal every morning and have never had a bad visit. Lakeville team are so sweet and quick.

I am a repeat customer. I would like to order some coffee, but for some reason I’m not able to do that. Could it be that your app is so pathetic that I can’t order?
Delivery address changes
I ordered delivery, entered address, and wrote instructions. When checking tracking later the app had changed my address to nearby and deleted instructions. Had to message driver to get delivered correctly.
Inconsistent
I want to love this app, it could be amazing. But so often when I use it, there are perks that, for instance, have been emailed to me that never show up in the app and are never applied. And it doesn’t matter which store I’m at, I don’t get them. Or else they show up after I’ve paid. It would be really nice if you could integrate the perks into the app so it doesn’t require extra steps for everybody, and so that you actually give the rewards to your loyal customers.

Love Caribou
I’m really liking the new app and the ease of it. I think the best enhancement is having the rewards show up right away vs clicking somewhere else to see what’s available. There’s only one option I wish was available when customizing: rather than ‘regular’ or ‘half’ for syrups, choosing the number of pumps would be great!

App Quality Eroding
I’ve been an avid user for years, but the last few months have been a steady decline in app quality. Unable to place orders, poor (seemingly AI) design updates, and glitchy effects make me not want to use it.
Doesn’t work!
The app always says “oops! We spilled our coffee” anytime I try to use it. It’s been months and still isn’t working. What’s the deal? I’m specifically trying to order the strawberry pineapple energy drink.
