Very bad experience about a challan payment
I had paid a regular court challan through this app, and they had promised it would be settled within 45 days. However, even after 60 days, it has still not been settled. Whenever I try to contact them, I only receive automated replies saying it will be settled in 48 or 72 hours, but nothing ever happens.
Their customer care is extremely poor, and the service is very disappointing. This is the worst app for challan payments. If I had gone to the court directly, my challan would have been settled in just a few days. Using this app has been a complete waste of time.

Disappointed with Recent Update
I have been using this app for a while and was quite satisfied until recently. The new update now makes it compulsory to log in using OTP, which I find unnecessary and intrusive for the kind of service the app offers. There are plenty of alternatives available that provide similar features without forcing users to register or log in. Sadly, I will be uninstalling this app and switching to one of those. Hope the developers reconsider this decision.

Fast tag still not activated
Ordered a fast tag from this app and delivery was quick but now it’s been about 2 weeks and it’s not activated. Messaged and called the customer care but I there is no one to pick up the call. Did I got scammed?
Money scam in Carinfo app.
Please do not use this app in payment related need. I recharged my car fastag through this app but fastag balance didn’t updated till today. Its been 4 days and when i reached out to their customer support, there was no single response. They are making people fool and scamming them. I request dont use this app in payment related needs.

Bad Customer Service
I am having a bad experience in this app, i paid a online challan for my car , amount was successfully debited from my account , amount was more than 2300 rs, they are saying that they have initiated refund on 11 April and it will be credited in my account with in 5-7 days but today is 27 April but no money returned to me , i sent several mails and whats app but no positive response received, only a auto mesg received everytime that refund has been initiated on 11 April, i have discussed the case with advocate , i am going to take this matter to consumer court,
please beware while making any payment on this app and also if u want to connect to customer support you will not get any option to call them.

Money not refunded
I recently used the CarInfo app to pay a pending traffic challan, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Even after making the payment through the app, the challan status has not been updated as closed, and the amount has not been credited back to my account.
I have tried reaching out to their customer support, but the response has been slow and unhelpful. There is no proper tracking system to verify the payment, and I am left in the dark about my transaction. This kind of issue raises serious concerns about the reliability of the app for handling important payments
