Great first time experience minus the lack of hot vegetarian options. Lots of yummy salads but things like macaroni(hot) meals all had meat added to them.
Other than that we loved the trip and can’t wait to go again. Also we loved a lot of the entertainment however, the violin group Dynastrio was the best!!! Also the piano man from Amsterdam had my attention every evening!

Ship maps didn’t work
The app worked great for the most part but the ship maps would never open. That would have been a huge help when we were not sure where we needed to go and which decks went through and which ones didn’t.
Chat Function
The chat function is not reliable. Had to visit customer service just to get it to work. Paying for something that isn’t reliable is NO FUN on The FUN SHIP!
Carnival Venezia
The experience was spectacular, and the service from the staff was excellent. The restaurant staff maintained a pleasant atmosphere at all times. I want to give a special shout-out to Kadek and Supardi; they served us excellently and made our experience unforgettable.
Improving
App is improving. I love the easy of app. Everything is right there! Helps me organize my day and I can text other iPhone users free of charge over Carnival WiFi!
