This little app made all the difference in our trip. We were a group of 14 and having this app with the Chat feature, made it so easy to keep up with everyone.
Enjoyed Everything about Carnival Celebrations
First let me say in my opinion Carnival Celebration is the perfect example of a wonderful Cruise experience. The shows the service . The numerous food options. The food was delicious. There’s several Carnival Staff embers pinpoint out but to name a few that stuck out to me was the hibachi servers Ms Worhim and the Cook ,Prince. They made my experience super awesome. Harry my room attendant. Kept my room spotless and I barely even saw him the whole time . I would like to request that Carnival continue to add the Rudi Seagrill restaurant to all their new upcoming ships . Every restaurant should follow that standard as far as making sure “everything on the menu is delicious because that is exactly the truth. Everything on that menu is delicious. From the appetizers to the entrees to the deserts . I was extremely pleased with all the free food options as well as the “ $$ “ food options we did both . We have 2 more cruises already scheduled on the Carnival Celebration within the next 6 months. Whoever book this cruise ship will be absolutely satisfied!!

The app was very helpful in knowing what was happening around the ship , but the chat should be free for people and families to communicate with one another not $5

If you are going on a Carnival cruise, this app is a must-have. It handles everything from food menus and itinerary tracking to checking your Sail & Sign account balance in real time. The interface is intuitive, easy to navigate, and works great on the ship's Wi-Fi. It made our trip so much more organized and relaxing!

Everything’s done with the click of a button
Very easy to use app. It’s good not having to stand in line to change dinner bookings or lineup to book shows. I love the digital checkout as well. Love it.

Hub on Paradise
The Hub was useful on the cruise the major issue was the poor internet connection on the ship. Many parts of the of the day you couldn’t stay connected.
It’s okay
Compared to other cruise app and their sister cruise apps it feels so clunky. Things were hard to find and stuff we added to our planner frequently disappeared. So many options to make it more streamlined. Hopefully with future updates!

App has great features; however, free WiFi provides unstable connectivity and falls off. So, constantly had to be alert of connection status and disconnects with cruise guests in our travel party!

The app only worked half the time. I didn't buy internet data, but I did have international coverage through my wireless provider.
Cruise of 2026
I just love this beautiful ship Elation I had a blast and I love the beautiful Bahama the night sky was breathtaking and relaxing for me. I want to go back again next year. All the staff was amazing and the guy I didn’t get his name but he did a wonderful great job on my hair and made me feel so beautiful he’s going to be my hair dresser from here on out since I’ve only get my hair done once every year anyways. Very awesome handling my hair I love it!!
