I LOVED the HUB
I really enjoyed the HUB letting me know everything I could choose from for the daily activities on the ship.
I loved that the seated dining option was listed and that there were Vegan 🥗 choices (and more than just salads) and all of the menus were available on the very first day. Joni and his crew serve our family and they were amazing!!!

Slow Start But Overall 👌
My Wife and I was trying to keep in touch with the app but unsuccessfully only to find out that if you both don’t connect to the WiFi it’s impossible to connect to each other. So, after we did that it was no problem. We stayed in touch only on the Ship 🚢. Doing Everything you Ship had to offer. And it’s crazy because this is not our first Rodeo LoL. Have Fun You Deserve It.

Excellent App
We did not buy WiFi but you can still use the App which makes it very convenient. All group bookings appear and you can also like events coming that then appear as reminders. Made the cruise extra enjoyable.

Great but missing a valuable option
This app is great, but really needs an option for you to be able to message/contact/alert your fellow cabin members. There were a couple of times where plans changed and one person was off doing their own thing and we couldn’t let her know that our meeting times/place had changed.
Extremely impressed
App was really good to know what was happening around the ship, off ship excursions and other notifications. Was easy to use and very useful
Carnival cruise frenzie
Omgosh I just came back my cruise to Ensenada and Omg it was great! I didn’t get the drink package cuz I thought it was a waste of money! I took my gratitude off just for the fact I tipping money instead you could do that on the second day. For being my first experience going in the cruise overall it was amazing! So much fun ! Ready to book another cruise lol

When the app worked as designed.
During the entire cruise the application access was at best functional for a short period. Understanding Carnival prefers cruisers to purchase the premium access to the Hub. I believe guests should at least be able to access basic features within the hub. Something to consider.
They force you to rate the app to use it

The hub was really easy to use. Everything was on there to see what was on and to book into dinning rooms and shore passes.
One thing I think would be useful is to include to texting feature in it rather then charge $8.00 per person I think carnival could afford that as they are making enough with other facilities on the ship. If you want the cruise to become paper free what you spend on print of all the things that get put into the mailbox.

My internet kept crashing and guest services didn’t know enough about it every time I had an issue they wanted to contact my bank when the issue simply required unlocking my card not my account
