Caron’s CONNECT 5

CONNECT 5 helps teens learn how to reduce or quit their use of nicotine products. CONNECT 5 users will develop their personal plan for success based on their own goals and explore how nicotine might be interfering with those goals. Users will get help dealing with cravings that make it hard to stop using tobacco or nicotine products. This free app is made up of 5 unique series meant to support teens over a period of 5 weeks. Users will experience interactive quizzes, trivia, and games with motivational quotes and tips pushed to them throughout the week. If needed, personalized help from a live support person is available too!
