Im quitting cocaine. Using this app to help get sober from coke is awesome
I’m a visual person so seeing the brain visuals connects to what I already know is harming my brain and my neurochemicals. Seeing it visually is actually making it easier to quit cocaine because I have a constant visual reference to what coke is doing to me. There’s quite a lot of stuff in this app. I especially like the chat where I can talk about stuff like having a craving. Even just talking about it with someone helps a LOT more than you think
