Never on time and attitude behaviour by drivers
Wrong destinations still …
Would be a great app for tracking live buses if the destinations shown on App were correct . The routes for the 103 were changed earlier this year but the live tracking on the App doesn’t reflect this .

I wait buses for Olympic way at coachway today 16th of February. At 10:31 bus went through this way without stopping on stop I activate my tickets valid for 15 Minutes only. I was standing and try to stop bus. Why this bus driver do such an irresponsible activity I don’t understand.

There are quick schedule updates and it helped me find an alternate bus route after 73S was cancelled
Dangerous drivers
Bus services in slough 107/106 drivers drive dangerously I captured a video one of the drivers 50mph in a street in slough. Will be making complaint to slough council plus the police.

Was amazing
It was amazing for the last year or so. With the combination of live track and tracking the redline buses (related company) I was able to plan my journeys quite well without issue. Since redline has been removed it’s now not as helpful for me
Poor standard by drivers
Always late - always driving fast through the streets - no care or attention on roads. This is what happens when you employ agency drivers. I’ve take few videos of dangerous drivers which will be shown to local authorities feel sorry for mums with babies with buggies. Do carousel care. No. They are after money. Safety for them comes second

Such a disappointment
This is such a big disappointment!!! They’ve taken out the student monthly pass and added one for the whole term!!! Maybe this is not the best decision for those that don’t afford to pay a big sum of money at a time!! Such inconsideration!!!!

This new service is excellent in every way. The drivers are brilliant the buses clean & almost on time except when road works prevent. Nothing but praise & a BIG THANKYOU
Never on time
Crazy drivers speeding on 30 mph zone. No safety conscious for passengers. Must be agency workers. Never on time always late
Makes everything more confusing
A pathetic app that makes traveling difficult. An app tgat is hard to use, difficult to find information and when you do is inaccurate so you still miss your bus. So no point in this app, in fact if you use their buses, then you’re better off deleting this app and relyin’ on a prayer
Need to have the ability to know how delayed or if a bus is cancelled
Great app, but I don’t know when the next bus will be if, it’s cancelled or delayed. Would be a good update to the app, I think
unable to make up for High Wycombe horrible and inconsistent bus schedule
Pros: 1. Accurately tracks buses(80% of the time, 34 bus is an exception as it’s NEVER accurate) so can see if bus will be early or late, accurate timetable Cons: 1. Only 15 minutes to use ticket once activated. My phone network is bad in this area so if I don’t activate my ticket prior to getting to my bus stop the app doesn’t work. And if I do activate my ticket before getting to the bus stop, buses are often late in high Wycombe, causing the ticket to expire. The time limit should be extended to an hour ATLEAST(my bus is late as we speak). Would be good if there was some sort of lateness indicator without tracking the bus(eg, bus 34 running 4 mins behind schedule) 2. Can’t screenshot a ticket I paid for with my own money. Again, if people have bad network and have to keep a screenshot on their phone, you can’t expect them to solely rely on the app. Does the QR code continue to work across multiple buses even if it’s been used already( it shouldn’t as not the case for rail tickets or other modes of transport outside of high Wycombe)? UPDATE: the bus I was tracking that was late completely disappeared from the app so not as accurate this morning 😁 I’ve already paid for and activated the ticket, how would I receive a refund for an already activated ticket? Can see the app developers trying their best but more functionality needs to be added for the areas inconsistent bus schedule.

No buses
App lies about when buses come and they rarely do show up if ever . Save your money on tickets and get a bike if you can at least you won’t have to wait for their abysmal service.

Information is outdated
Very bad app. Information is really outdated. My bus number and times have changed, but the app continues to display the old info. Shame on Carousel Buses. The service is terrible anyway.
Live giving wrong information
The information given on the app re buses from Uxbridge towards High Wycombe was incorrect. Bus appearing due on app ‘disappeared’. Then a bus turned up that was not on timetable. The live view did not reflect the actual situation.
