Poor timetable coordination
Timetable along Oxford Road to / from station never aligns with train times
A disgraceful company.
Even if you’ve paid your ticket, you often cant get on the buses because they arrive already full. The timetables are an absolute mess and completely unreliable. They never fail to increase fares every year, yet they dont provide a service that’s worth the money people pay.
