Poor timetable coordination
Timetable along Oxford Road to / from station never aligns with train times
A disgraceful company.
Even if you’ve paid your ticket, you often cant get on the buses because they arrive already full. The timetables are an absolute mess and completely unreliable. They never fail to increase fares every year, yet they dont provide a service that’s worth the money people pay.

No longer shows bus stops
Since the last update the live times screen no longer shows bus stops rendering it completely useless.
Bus Stops and Buses are No longer Available on the Map after an update or when you are automatically

Bus arrival timings shown in the app not correct, they do not update it as per latest status.

Due times are off
Google maps, timetables, teleprompts and this application is always wrong with due times some buses says they run on average every 15 minute or hour et cetera, these are also wrong.
