I’ve been signed out
I’m writing this review to raise that a couple of times the app signed me out or the wifi disconnected, both preventing me from accessing my ticket when getting on the bus. Would it be okay if this could be looked into please as this has happened a couple of times and made me run late for work. I’m aware the app can’t control my wifi, but neither can I, as wifi generally is poor on phones in general when away from home, however the app should work without wifi, otherwise I don’t see the point in having it, and my main concern with this is the fact that the ticket I have got costs £230, that is not money I can afford to spend on buses so I therefore have a bursary and have it for free, so either way I don’t feel I should ever be expected to pay for a bus fare to the Oxford company due to issues with the app which are completely out of my control. I hope this can be looked into and thank you for taking the time to read this review.

Bronco bucking ride today
Our bus driver on the no15 bus did let have good brakes or braking skills as a couple of times we nearly fell off our chairs shortly after 19.15pm , other than that normally a great service.?

Late as always for the 44 bus route
Too many clicks for frequent tasks
Not too bad… but the experience should be improved: some frequent tasks (such as accessing your active ticket) are cumbersome and take too many clicks, it needs to be easier. Also, when you have bought many tickets and see them altogether… they are difficult to tell apart! Make them visually more different. I have multiple tickets purchased.. and I’m always fearful of accidentally activating the wrong one. This app is used when people are in a rush.. or distracted with other things, and/or need to board a bus quickly.. this should be considered by the designers.

Perfect but…
Really good app used it for ages, good for tracking the bussed live positions and the qr code passes are super helpful. I just wish that active service updates would push a notification if it affects either a favourited stop or route as sometimes it’s easy to forget the service updates or not knowing until it’s too late. If this is already a feature and I don’t know about it then there is nothing wrong with the app.
