Buggy App and Terrible Experience
Logging in is a nightmare. The mobile experience is a buggy, inconsistent, and unreliable experience. Clicking forget password send you an email with a link that never works. And even if you manage to make a reservation, the links in the reservation email never works either. 100% never recommend!!!
Can’t reset my password!
Been trying for four days and can’t get a working link to reset my password. The website will not send me a reset link. The app sends a link that doesn’t work! The phone number rings busy every time I call! Right now, on the app, it won’t even take you to the sign screen!

They do not Accept ANY insurance and make you pay an additional 45 a day for their insurance. They also make you pay 15 per day for sun pass and cannot use your own. We were an hour late for our car reservation waiting for THEIR shuttle, in which they charged an additional 25 to reopen “the file”. Do NOT use this rental company. If I could give negative review I would.

The insurance you sign up for with Carrentals.com is not the required liability insurance in Mexico. The site is not clear about that.

Misleading
Until recently, when the “total price” was shown with search results, that was the ACTUAL TOTAL PRICE. They have changed it to where the “total price” is extremely misleading and once you choose an option, the “total price” skyrockets. Please change this back. This used to be a great app.
