Glitchy
It would be great, but I’ve been going in circles just trying to open certain features. Plus, it never works in the store so I have to remember to clip all possible coupons from home.

Works well except some products in store don't match up precisely, even though they look the same, and even between the paper ads and the app there are glitches. Search function could be better also. I sometimes make a separate trip just for a few deals, to avoid confusion in store and checking out.

Carrs App is awesome
I love my click list shopping, I’m so grateful and life is made so much easier.
Technical difficulties.
Restarted my phone and it fixed the error 403 and other problems my app kept having. I’m not sure why they were happening.
Used to like this store
This store used to be vibrant and manageable. Shelves were stocked and employees were happy. Now it is crammed full of garbage to prevent shop lifters, dingy, dated, with spoiled food on the shelves and barely any employees. The ones you have look miserable. This has nothing to do with being in Alaska or the “Covid era”. It has everything to do with management. Mr. Gottstein and Mr Carr wanted a nice store. Albertson’s just wants to bust a union and bale.

lists are useless. Works once a week, and the next time you click on lists the app crashes. Can't choose which list to save items to. The app is very buggy, lags like a junkie, and crashes like a crack addict. I'm sure the developers will just tell complainants to update the app and make sure it's the latest version blah blah blah. This is pathetic

Always has issues
I am constantly having issues with this app. When I search for things they just won’t load. I update the app that does nothing. I remove the app and re-download it and still does nothing. I’m not quite sure what the issue is because they’re a decent size corporation, but they definitely need to do better.

Carrs has the very best curbside pick up! Super fast service ! Friendly workers bringing out my groceries ! In my opinion Carrs Abbott is the best store for curbside pick up orders!

Crashes way too often
Carrs is my primary grocery store and I’ve shopped here often for many years while using the app.
First off, the app rarely works, it takes forever to load and oftentimes, I’m already through the store and checked out by the time it does. On the rare occasion it works, it will crash while searching for a scanned digital coupon so I can never use them.
Health- I can’t log my health goals or challenges because I get stuck in a login loop. I log in, click anywhere in Health, and I’m right back to the login. I have missed out on many daily goals simply because I can’t get logged in.
Rewards- I’ve had many rewards say they expire at the end of the following month, just for them to expire at the end of the current month. I enjoy picking and choosing grocery rewards so that’s what I normally use pts on, it’s very disappointing when it tells me I have another month to use them just for them to expire suddenly.
Weekly Ad- Cannot get to load, it pops up an error message to check back later, but it’s been months and later hasn’t resolved this yet.
Pharmacy- this is the best working feature of the app and I’ve never had a problem with it. I love how easy and convenient the app makes it to refill multiple medications.
Recipes- I love that they provide inspiration and recipes for tasty delicious meals.
Overall, I think the app would be great if the bugs can get worked out, but until then, it’s very frustrating.

Coupons are only good at one location in your city, shopping list feature just buffers when you click on it, every other click seems to fail, app won’t work at all inside the store over cellular in any store in Anchorage. Hard to find any app less useful. Wish I could go no stars, 1 is a gift.

Search bar issue
The app was working wonderfully for weeks, but has recently had issues where the search bar won’t yield any results. It is a major hindrance to app functionality. Across multiple devices and the website itself. Hope this gets fixed soon. I usually love the app for coupons and other savings with pickup orders.
