They collect “Genetic, physiological, behavioral, and biological characteristics, or activity patterns used to extract a template or other identifier or identifying information, such as fingerprints, faceprints, and voiceprints, iris or retina scans, keystroke, gait, or other physical patterns, and sleep, health, or exercise data.” What business does a car search app have knowing my sleep patterns or retinal scan??? Does anyone care about basic privacy?

Poor design
Nothing says “I care about user experience like forcing the user to press the cancel button to apply filters”. Just hire a designer rather than braindead PMs
VPN
Usage not allowed with VPN. Don’t bother downloading. Use the competition.
No search options for trucks
Useful app and easy to use but even after years of people requesting search features for trucks they have yet to add them. Doesn’t have options like bed length, single or dually rear wheel, or options packages. CARFAX has had these for years and is much easier to use. Also need to link to window stickers which can be done for many brands just by using the VIN.

App is broken you get stuck when looking at a listing have you people ever heard of a back button?
I remember when this app worked…oh, fond memories.
Every person in charge of creating, running, or updating this app should be ashamed. You are taking money from your employer and providing nothing of value in return. A review is difficult to write since the app constantly crashes. I have a newer phone, great internet, I’ve deleted and reloaded the app. Nothing works. I have over a dozen apps on my phone that work flawlessly everyday. I use “Cars” occasionally and it rarely, if ever, works properly. I will intentionally not buy items advertised on your app in hopes that maybe someday someone at Cars will care. Perhaps if they start losing ad revenue they will because they obviously don’t care about the user experience. Heck, charge a fee for the use if you have to but the current iteration is essentially useless. I would be ashamed to say that I had anything to do with your app design.
