This company is a joke stay away
As a host their software is a joke. I think my grandson could have written a better app. Nothing works. I have 6000 trips on Turo and 50 cars. Took a year to test out CarShaire because could not even get a car listed because of glitches and when I finally do they decline a $50 fuel ticket because they say no photos listed. Except they forgot about the 30 emails and texts saying the app will not allow photos to be uploaded lol. Stay clear!

STAY AWAY
I’ve been in the car sharing/car rental biz for 4 years now and have had my fair share of experience with different apps. Do NOT use carshair, they are not transparent whatsoever. You will get less than HALF the reservation how they calculate their “earnings rate”. If a renter trashes your vehicle you will get denied because they have no photo storage, the app will prompt you to take interior and exterior photos but when my claim was submitted they said I didn’t have any photos. This software in every way is designed to make the developers money and treat hosts/car owners like crap. If you’re going to rent your vehicle out, HIGHLY reccomend using Turo, Getaround or any other app really. These guys are thieves, customer service takes breaks on weekends so if you have an issue on a Friday you will be lucky to get a response by Monday.

Stay Away
As a host on multiple platforms as well as doing private rentals this is the worst experience I’ve ever had renting vehicles. To start, their customer support team is subpar and don’t seem knowledgeable about most thing I inquired about. JAYLA is a complete liar who tried to tell me that I didn’t upload pre trip photos at all once the guest brought my vehicle back smoked out, dirty and disgusting. She was caught in her lies ONLY bc I had taken screenshots of me doing everything on that app just because it’s so buggy, once I provided documentation it was then that they reimbursed me but the definitely tried to fight tooth and nail to not. Idk what goes into their screening process but this app is filled with the guests who can’t get approved on Turo, I was literally told this by 2 guests that I met while giving them the keys. 90% (not exaggerating) of the requests are same day last minute requests, this is also annoying. You’re not able to upload pre trip pic’s until two hours before your trip start time. The photo upload tool is ridiculously unnecessary, instead of uploading all pictures at once you have to upload 5 at a times by specific sides of the car… all while the app keeps crashing. You can’t stay logged in because of the app crashes and bugs which makes the process impossible not be frustrated with. All in all stay far away from this company!!!

Exceptional Experience
I surprised my wife with Car SHAiR’s red G Wagon for the weekend. We had the best time and the car was in perfect condition. We’ll definitely be renting again from Car SHAiR.
