Logging in
Have not been able to log in to app. Have had to change my password so many times to get access and everytime I update. Still unable to log in using new password.

I have used my warranty 3 times and have been able to use the dealership every time, I am satisfied with the experience and ease of filing a claim.

I was led to believe that I was paying for a warranty on my car only to find out that this is only a membership account. I want to cancel my contract.
The app
The app is very very, very, very terrible. It is very unreliable for the customer. It may be great for y’all, but it’s terrible for the customer.
