2024 and still no fixes do you guys even care about your customers
I see ppl commenting issues for 2021 and 2022 about the store frond off the app and how there is no way to get back without uninstalling the app to use your carta on the app is sad. Your price point and atomizer is the only thing keeping you relevant wish you guys would actually do something instead of just take our money.

Love my device. App is buggy.
I try to go into this app which is the way you customize color, temp, screensaver, time, ect. Every time I pull the app up it brings me to the carta shop website and there is no option to revert back to the app that controls the device. So frustrating.
Trash app nice idea
Constantly crashes. If you go to register your “device” it’ll take you to their website and you won’t be able to open the app again without it automatically taking you to the website when you open it even if you registered. Ive had to download and delete then redownload and delete more times than I can count. I’m not a computer programmer but I’m sure it’s an easy fix they just don’t care to update it. PLEASE HELP APPLE!

USELESS DO NOT DOWNLOAD
It seems nice at first however, this app is pretty useless. Once you exit the Carta stats to browse the Carta website, there is no way back to the stats from the site. Lucky if you have access to the forward/backward buttons but once you close that app with the site- you cannot got back at all!
You either need to delete & reinstall OR remember the website.
You can definitely use the Carta on its own as the buttons have their own functions preset to the device.
No complaints on the carta itself. The app is useless once you leave the stats page.

Made pretty bad but gets the simple stuff done
Once you get onto the website page in the app when you click to register the Carta there’s no way of clicking out of the website page back into the normal app even if I close the app and re open it. I have to un-install the Carta app then install it again and login all over again just to get out of the website page. Why isn’t there a X on the corner of the website page. Honeslty if your gonna publish an app at least use it to see if it works instead of blindly publishing it to the public 👎 everything else works fine

I truly don’t understand why everyone has such an issue using this app it couldn’t be easier or more straightforward. Just make sure you know what you’re doing and there won’t be any problems..
It’s alright…
This app gets the job done but there are many bugs sometimes it doesn’t even work. There are multiple aspects that could work better than they do but overall it’s decent and nice being able to have a more immersive interface than what’s on the device itself. Only thing I really use the app for is changing the leds (which is super buggy when picking colors) and temp presets then the occasional start when seshing or feeling lazy. I would give 2.5 stars like I said it’s decent but could definitely be improved with a few updates and maybe an actual app instead of a web browser.

The app is absolutely TERRIBLE. It’s pretty much unusable it logs you out when the dabbed turns off which is ridiculous, changes the setting by itself and won’t change back, constantly changes the presets on you. You have to reconnect the Bluetooth every time you use the devise. I definitely DON’T RECOMMEND!

What’s the point
I literally don’t understand the point of the app. It has so many cool features and aspects but all of that is completely overshadowed by the fact that it’s the buggiest app I’ve ever used on my phone. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and it’s still crap. You can’t even click on some of the features without having to completely delete and redownload the whole app. The app doesn’t reset itself when you close it like ALL ORHER APPS. I would just love to see these things fixed next time I buy a $350 device and $200 worth of accessories.

ONLY HEATS UP WITH APP and that takes me to their website
Worked once. Can’t use without downloading the app, setting the temperature and clicking on the heat up button.
Second time I tried it redirected me to their website to give me 10% off and to buy more of their products.
App didn’t even try to look or search for the Focus V Carta 2 even though it was turned on along with Bluetooth.
This is junk and way too complicated.

My Carta 2 won’t even connect to the app
I had been so excited for the features that come with the app and how the e-rig implements them. Sadly I opened up my device and charged it up, and then downloaded the app and the carta 2 won’t pop up on the bluetooth options at all. Don’t get me wrong I love the Carta 2 but I just wish I could use the app. Need to fix this problem focus V.

Only one button - the start warm up button works. the rest is for show. garbage.
Buggy
I can’t get past the connection phase, Carta works great without app. With app it just wants me to keep updating the firmware and once the update is 99% it crashes and has you redo it. 👎👎
Amazing device, 500 dabs going strong
Great device, but the app constantly crashes. I also find that when the battery is lower, the temps seem to be pretty inconsistent. That said, when it works, it works great. But the app, barely works. Honestly might be worth the investment into the model with a screen to bypass this buggy app.

Act like you care
Get rid of the app. It doesn’t take a team of developers to fix these bugs you constantly have. It’s an issue of laziness. Do better than your competitors or be left behind.

Laziest Coding for a Cool Idea
Absolutely adore my Carta 2 and I wanted it to be easier to switch temperatures because I smoke both Live Resin and Hash Rosin which both have different temperatures they smoke better on. This app is the buggiest mess ever and is super hard to do one task without running into a software breaking bug. I’ve had to uninstall this app just to get out of the shop and to use the actual app itself sometimes which is a toddler level bug to fix. It’s been like a year since they updated the app and there is zero excuse not to fix it because the Focus V team is doing solid. They are just too lazy and uninspired to continue fixing this app and it’s extremely unfortunate because it’s a good idea.

Hot garbage as usual, I’d have thought that they might have addressed the biggest failure of all, but apparently just ones related to smoking. The wireless charger doesn’t work either, waste of money
