Extremely cumbersome
I submitted a report 19 days ago and the status said Submitted at the time. When I log in now using my information, I get an error saying that the report is not finished, then when I try to finish the report, it says it's been completed, and I’m taken back to the main screen. I searched around and there is no developer support or support for the website or service. My other feedback is that it took about 40 minutes to submit a police report because of the way Austin Police Department structures the questions using some sort of “Chat bot” it took forever, just to submit a really simple report.
