Poor customer service.
Yes, their product and plans are good, but the customer service is extremely poor. It’s honestly one of the worst experiences in Nigeria. Sometimes the lines are switched off, sometimes they’re not reachable, and when someone finally answers, the nonchalant attitude offers no real help. Even withdrawing money can be stressful as f*k, transactions stay pending for days.

I never give reviews on any app but I just have to do this. CashBox started well but now I’ve been noticing that I’m not able to login most times…after inputting the correct password it’ll load and load and it’ll never login eventually? Why? I’m already getting scared and I’m going to stop saving with them immediately my savings mature cus I’m scared that they might crash soon

No APP is better than CashBox
I never drop reviews about any app but I just had to do this. Saving on CashBox has been the best financial decision I took since 2024. Withdrawal is easy, customer support especially on Instagram is very good. Keep up the good job guys!

If you're yet to download it, please don't. I highly recommend Piggyvest. This app is so poor and has bad customer service imagine not being able to login at times or when you withdraw it shows approve and you have to wait for days before you’ll receive your money in your account very poor customer care service you get ignored on twitter app while the ig takes forever to get back to you the phone number on there is never reachable while they never respond to your mail if you try reaching them through email
