Excellent service!
In my experience, Casino cab drivers are courteous, helpful and friendly. They know the city streets, and always manage to pick me up and deliver me to my destination in a timely fashion. They will assist me in getting my bags to my door, if necessary. I recommend Casino highly!
Bad Service - call Uber instead
Very bad service. Arrogant dispatch and arrogant drivers. No wonder that Uber is taking your business. Very dissatisfied by what it is supposed to be a local company. Leaving a woman on the street mid late night is not acceptable. Uber did the job perfectly.
Not great
Always says the cab is 1 min away no matter where it is. You have the option to choose 4 or 6 seater. I’ve ordered a 6 seater several times only to get cars that can’t actually sit 6. I travel with a disabled person using a walker and they require more space. I don’t need 6 seats but I do need something larger than a Prius, but I have no way to specify a larger vehicle.

Price estimate
I want to use the app but yesterday when I called for a short intercity cab the price estimate was several thousand dollars. Not knowing where that would lead I dropped the estimate and phoned it in.

However, in my experience, users should double check the address that the
app indicates as your pick-up location. In my case, anyway, I often have to manually select my pick-up location over the suggested one. This is a minor snag with an app that always works very well. Well done!

Love Casino Taxi, but this app is devious
Took a trip with Casino Taxi’s app. It charged me and I paid in the cab. I was refunded after I asked however if I hadn’t have noticed, I likely would have been double charged.

Avoid using Casino Taxi; you'll likely pay double the actual fare. They charge for waiting time, so if you get stuck in traffic, you could be in trouble. For just three seconds of waiting, you’ll be charged about 30 cents.

New app should at least work
I downloaded the app but when prompted to send security code, nothing happened and after four hours, the little rotating icon is still doing just that.
Not worth it
Today I’ve tried the casino app first time by my friend’s recommendation, as it was told to be the best taxi service in HRM and sometimes even cheaper than Uber. I have ordered a cab, waited approximately 10 minutes to arrive, even though application showed “driver arrived at the pickup location” in fact, driver didn’t park at the right spot, and I had to search like 5 minutes the driver around the whole parking area to get into the car, because app didn’t allow me to contact the driver through text or call there were communication tools given. Then the app was showing me “no show” on my trip so I couldn’t even track it from my side, the approximate price on the booking wasn’t correct and even close. In conclusion: I have paid $5 more than I usually pay for Uber, therefore I’ll better stay with Uber having cheaper rides with better application tools and services. Uninstalling the app… Thank you!

Estimated Price is not real
I booked a taxi from CASINO and it was estimated 18$ but billed 25. So Don’t trust their estimated values.
Just readjusted expected time
Says it’ll arrived in “3” minutes. Will just continually expand the time to 3 minutes even after 15-30 minutes pass. Yes, we get it’s really 3 minutes away, but when they take 15-20 minutes to arrive, that should be taken off our fare.
Charged more than double the amount, multiple times
Charged more than 2x the amount several times, and sometimes the amount doesn’t get charged to my card until days later. Extremely sketchy app and service. 0 stars.
Calling is better
I have used the app twice, and was charged 35$ each time. My rides were 12$ and 9$. That isn’t cool when you might only have enough for the ride. Why 25$ at first, and not the actually amount. I order McD’s by app and I do get charged more than what I order? So change that.
I love using casino taxi, but that issue with the app, makes ordering a cab a uncomfortable ride. Please make not to a user of the app.

Tipping
Only use Casino in HRM. Most reliable no matter the weather. Show up even in storms. Tipping should be allowed at the end of the trip, not only at the beginning.

I was Over charged for a short ride
driver ID shown on app as opposed to car ID
The app has had a glitch recently where the number on the top of the car is not displayed but instead it’s the drivers ID which is not easily displayed anywhere on the outside of the car. this makes it hard to identify the cab and makes me weary to use the CC feature because I’ve had people snag my cab with my card attached before. This needs to be fixed.
