Playing for years barely or never win contest or rewards it’s the same players winning and over time players just change their display names so you never know racial profile like the actual casino this company wants to control gambling on the site and their facilities if I could give it a negative star I would

When is this app not closed for maintenance?
App takes forever to load, whether using WiFi or 5g. It’s constantly down for maintenance and makes it impossible to check before actually going in person to the casino.

It’s just ok
Look I like that I can play games earn points and jewels to get some free play but the app is unstable at best. I have a good phone and a good internet connection but I always seem to have issues with the app having an error of some sort . And honestly I know this is random but it seems to me when you’re in the tournaments everyone else is getting scores 10 times what I’m getting it seems a bit odd. I think the developers should look into this and determine if there are any shenanigans going on here . Anyway I guess that’s why it’s called gambling

A way to pass time
To be a free game there are a lot of perks for players that do not have ability(due to states laws) to play cash online at the casino. You can and I have won many prizes in drawings, and tournaments. The last to nicer wins were a $150 dinner for 2. But free play is given away a good bit and. If you are planning a trip to 1 of the casinos it is a great way to start trying for some extra money. (For Free)

Fun but mini games crash a lot
I like the apps it seems to have evolved since I downloaded it at the open of the Chicago location. My only complaint is the back to back crashing of some of the mini games—particularly word jam. I only make it through every third or fourth game without it crashing. So far, slots and table games don’t crash though
