Everything on page is cut in half
It needs to come out with an update because everything on here is cutting in half and I can’t tell what everything should be other than that. It hooks up great and does stuff but it really needs to get an update.

You asked me for review in the course of a few minutes repeatedly, even though having synchronised data online you should’ve known that you just asked me .. that is obstinant and neglijent.. and we don’t like you to intrude anyway you should just pop a question in a corner in the app somewhere, not not Pop a window in our face..

Why so much personal data?
Getting a shot of my G Shocks on the strength of this app. This watch wants to literally analyse all your locations, it has to run in the background at all times or you can’t pair your watch with the app. Thanks but no thanks. Another data hungry app that probably wants to know when you take a pee, and how long it takes… see ya Casio.

Time Zone Re Synchronize
I have to open the app and re synchronize the watch every time I travel into a new time zone. Seems like this should be able to happen automatically.
Glitchy and poor battery maintenance
Very disappointed with the battery life and the inability to get a battery changed easily. The watch always loses the be correct date and setting the correct time is harder than it should be. I like the style and look but functionality is leading me to get a different brand.

Connecting is easy to the watch on the app. Good for using outdoors. Syncs up easily if using in a different time zone.
MANDATORY SPYWARE
Casio makes it impossible to use the Bluetooth functionality on your connected G-Shock unless you consent to be tracked by them at all times! It’s all there in the user agreement, plus if you turn off location services in your iPhone settings, the app stops working and notifies you to turn location services back to “always.” There is absolutely no legitimate reason for a watch company to track you to this extent, or any extent. I use my analog Frogman without the app, as a regular watch. Bummer I have to miss out on the app dependent features, but my privacy is worth more. This is obviously my first, and last connected G-Shock.

Problem with Casio app
Ever since I got the Casio app, I have been getting spammed by phone, text, and email. Also, the amount of data collected from me is unreasonable. I am paying for the watches so it’s not like it’s a free app. I cannot recommend Casio watches or the app because of these reasons. I have been brand loyal to Casio over thirty years but not anymore.

Step synchronisation bug
Please fix the bug with the synchronisation of the steps with Apple health. Currently, the steps from the phone are added to the steps from the watch, resulting in a value twice as high in the Apple health app
Settings reset daily
Each day my settings get wiped so every notification makes my watch beep, vibration alert deactivated, wrong watch face etc. unusable! This previously worked fine
It’s just stopped opening
It’s always blank white screen, so I can’t change any settings anymore. Fix your bugs you added with latest bug fix update, dear vibecoders.
