Absolutely not
No deals, at all, I had to restart the order and re add everything bc I had to change the store location bc it let me place an order with a store that doesn’t deliver to me, even though it knew I was getting delivery, couldn’t have said something sooner? Ok. No tracking option?? Uhhh… ok. Only resorted to the app bc the women who answers the 800# for the orders is absolutely awful, and rude.

App Does Not Work
For the last 6 months or so when I try to order from the app it tells me they don’t deliver to my address. When I call the 888 number , they have no problem delivering to our location.
Great stuff
They have improved the bake time and amount of toppings as long as read or listen to order with extra cheese and extra sauce along with a well baked. They are a top 5 in town.
No Access. Horrible.
Doesn’t even allow me to select my location to even enter the app. There is most definitely a Cassano’s in my town, it is a hot spot. But the app doesn’t even give the option for this location and says it doesn’t exist when I can find the restaurant on the map provided.
No Location
It will not allow me to even select a location to get into the app at all. It says there are no locations available when I seriously live a few streets away. I’m a few months short of being able to drive, and my grandmother cannot, she was wanting this pizza and apparently it just doesn’t exist.
It’s a pizza app, I ordered pizza!
Overall it was nice to be able to order pizza on the app versus the website. I was able to order our family’s large standard Roder just fine. Pickup was great and our order was right!

Coupons
Won’t let you use promotional coupons keeps telling me I must use app . What the heck I’m using their freakin app.

Tried to order and coupon code didn’t work. Called back and Anna was wonderful even though I wasn’t.

Just doesn’t work
Tried logging in, wouldn’t let me. Tried adding a pizza as a guest, app closes. Not worth trying again.
Can’t enter my phone number for rewards
The app won’t accept the last digit of my phone number to register for rewards. Then it crashes and I can’t get out of that page.
Terrible absolutely terrible
My favorite pizza but their app is terrible! When you can get it to work, it’s slow but most the time it’s just times out. Then to make matters worse you get directed to a Cassano’s Pizza nationwide call center to order a pizza that you’re going to pick up at the store right up the street.
The technology of this app is terrible and the only reason I put up with it it’s because it’s my favorite pizza.

IT Issue
I placed my order, or I thought that I had, but app was stuck. I wasn’t able to finalize an order, update or delete the app.
Won’t enroll for promotions
No matter how many times I click to opt in for promotions it won’t register. This is on my iPhone 14
The app also gets hung up a lot. Very frustrating to use. Can’t find deals or a place for coupon codes.
Much easier to just use the next pizza app.

Yeah, it’s pretty janky
There are too many things wrong with this app to list here. Feels like an untested beta that was pushed out the door by executive demand, thinking that it’s better to have an app where it’s not possible to place an order (seriously) than no app at all.
App written by children
Couldn’t even finish an order. All I wanted to do is change my CC of record. This reminds me of how bad your website was. Same idiots??
Very amateurish
You can’t leave a tip via the app when you order so you have to have cash on hand to tip a driver. They also don’t track inventory in the local store so on multiple occasions I’ve ordered something and later received a call that it couldn’t be made.
Order Won’t Go Through
Same thing happened to me. After entering my personal info, it came up with an error. I had to go to their website anyway. That’s a pretty drastic error and makes it useless. I’d definitely use it if it worked right.
App Doesn’t Accept Contact Info
There comes a point when the app asks for your name, phone number and email address. Once you enter it in it says the information is not valid. No excuse why what’s wrong. Very frustrating.
