It asked me to verify my email address and I’ve already done it multiple times, but it keeps giving me an error message. I can’t use the app because it won’t let me verify my email address.

Horrible scam. No customer support no phone contact

I have been trying to cancel my premium account forever. They don’t have a way to cancel it on the app and I can’t log into my account on my laptop and they do not provide any human contact for support. What a scam. Stop taking my money casting networks,

Well…I had a problem where they asked for my location so I was trying to find it but it seemed like they didn’t have my location so I didn’t know what to put cause again they didn’t have where I lived and by the way this is the beginning like this is me setting up my account

Pertinent dates missing

App doesn’t give Pertinent dates (callbacks, fitting, work dates). One has to go to the main site to find all that out.

Please fix/add a couple features

It’s a fine app for the most part, I just want to catch their attention because I want to be able to actually click open the reference media photos on casting calls. Also I desperately wish there was a favorites/bookmarks function so that I could return to casting calls that I would like to submit to later on.

PLEASE FIX THESE SIMPLE ISSUES ONCE AND FOR ALL

Update (5/26): The issues have not been fixed, despite the response. I honestly don’t get it.

This app could be perfect if we were able to see the dates of every audition due! What’s the point of having an app if I have to go somewhere else to get that info? Also multiple times has happened when I would press confirm on the app for auditions and callbacks and my agent would email me days later reminding me to confirm…when I already did. Now I have to confirm outside of the app because I no longer trust it, which is very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of the convenience of the app. PLEASE listen to the feedback! Please fix these issues!!!!

Can’t submit to roles on app

App is great but you’re unable to submit to roles even though I pay for the membership. Can’t submit on the app but able to on the website.

Breakdowns

Not sure why, but just include ALL the info for a breakdown in the app. It’s so annoying to get a request and then have to log into IE or safari so I can see all the actual, important and useful details.

List goes on. Why is it like this? Nooooooobody knows. Why won’t they ever fix it but still up their monthly price??? Noooooobody knows. Will I always log in to every other single casting service first? Yes.

Never full details

Never has the full details of castings/jobs displayed. If you want to see the rate, breakdowns, and DUE DATE, you have to use the web browser and get on a computer. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app.
Half the video formats won’t upload via the app either and you have to forward them to yourself to upload on a computer. With the insane amount of money they’re charging, I figure it’d be better than everyone else. It’s not at all.

Overall Garbage Platform

The user interface is absolutely appalling. Can’t so much as change your profile picture without having to subscribe to their overpriced monthly or yearly plan.

Needs a lot of work

While I appreciate there is an app, they never fix the issues with it, yet keep updating it with nothing that makes a difference. You can't see deadlines on your auditions after confirming. This is ridiculous! App changes names of files after you upload. Only 300mb total in an audition, so it negates film auditions with many pages. You can't click on Casting attachments they include in breakdown. Shows your submitted profile pic as a white box. Can't do multiple fie upload so you have to remember what you uploaded and since it changes the name upon upload, have to watch and figure out which file this was so don't double upload. It would be nice if you could bookmark auditions, as many ask you to do a read with initial submission and you have to search back for the breakdown or send it to yourself on the website for later. I'm sure there are more things, but that's I can think of off the top of my head.

My agents are boycotting casting networks

Charged after cancellation

Cancelled my subscription (through the website), but was will charged the day after. Not happy as it caused me to potentially overdraft. I have proof of receipt of cancellation in the email and disputing it with my bank.

They need to honor cancellations.

Lazy design, missing features

Why are features available via the desktop version of the site not available on the app? Even the MOBILE WEBSITE version has abilities the app doesn’t have. Insane that this industry forces us to pay to find work, but can’t even make a working app with all that money they gouge from us.

Scammers

I’ve been subscribed to them for the last five years. And every single year I purchased the yearly plan. And every single year when that expires, they charge me the monthly plan which is $30 a month way more expensive. They do this in hopes to catch you off guard so that you end up paying more money. I hate them for this.
Also, they hate actors. They made actors pay way too much money for nothing.

Lacking functionality

Essentially only useful for notifications. Unable to access links, instructions, or even something as straightforward as audition deadline. All information that is instantly available in the web version. To the point where know I might as well skip interfacing with this app because it will not have crucial information.

Unbelievable

Platform itself is fine, but Apple denying my refund request TWICE is unacceptable. I no longer need to use this app, and I canceled my membership the moment I received the charge. Deeply disappointed.
