Can’t add card
We’ve used Castle Cars in the past with no trouble, but I can’t give the app a good review because both me and my mother are unable to add our cards onto the app. We don’t usually carry cash so the app is unusable. I hope this is fixed soon.
WASTE OF TIME AND scam for money
My cab drivers did not arrive on 2 occasions now. When a drive finally did arrive, he got my address wrong. When we arrived the app said it was £17. My driver told me it was £25 as he took the motorway route. This is app is promoting dirty cab drivers. The car had obviously not been checked well as the interior was all dirty and the outside was just as bad. I’m disgusted by this service.

Our driver last night was awesome! He picked us up from Harborne (we were a little worse for wear). Price was fab, driving was fab. Overall a very enjoyable ride
Worst app and service ever.
I order on the app more than 24hours before. So I could get to work on time. 10 minutes after my booked taxi should have arrived. I had to call them. They said they are still trying to get me s car, and the app doesn’t mean a guaranteed pick up. Then I had to order an very over priced Uber, and I was late for work. Annoyed and angry does not even come close.
I have used them via the telephone for airport runs. And they have been great. So I’m not sure how I feel overall about castle cars.
