Bad Customer Support
I have made several purchases using this platform and had problems with all but 1. Each time I contact customer support they disregard me and I end up loosing money, not getting what I purchased, or both. This company does not care about its customers at all. It’s extremely frustrating to try communicating with a company whose customer service doesn’t care who is being screwed over as long as the company is making money.
If I had a single issue, I would not have bothered to write a review but it was multiple times, with different sellers, and the company is to blame. I will obviously never be using their services again and I recommend that no one else does either.
Save yourself the headache, shop elsewhere.

Ich verstehe nicht Wie kann das sein wenn ich jetzt wenn ich eine Preis biete, direkt in Sekunde wird höher Gebot gibt jedes Mal dasselbe. Ich mache 80€ und genau 1 Sekunde später sehe ich, dass eine andere 90€ Gebot hat wenn ein zweimal passiert ist, okay aber jedes Mal solange, wenn das Maximum Preis nicht erreicht ist, kann man ganze Tag spielen passiert nicht. Also irgendwie verstehe ich nicht ob das alles jetzt Brot machen oder hinterher catawiki setzen zu viele Leute, die die gleiche Produkt haben wollen, die ich haben will . Ich gucke nach paar Tage. Wenn das jedes Mal gleiche passiert wird, dann suche ich eine andere App. Gute Produkt sieht man aber weiß man nicht, ob man die auch hier was kaufen kann

Insulting
How they list your item is terrible. You can’t share your auction details on social media and you have to wait a week for approval before anything happens. Then they secretly don’t tell you how much they think it’s worth not shown on your selling dashboard but on the website where you’re not connected to your own account! like what kind of expert does that?? My item was undervalued badly and it was a prototype artist proof with provenance emails by a famous artists. Personally I would go elsewhere, they aren’t serious people and the buyers are a joke and are Not serious collectors here. I wouldn’t be surprise if some reviews on here aren’t genuine.

Bidding termination time
I found that I was outbid in several instances after the bidding deadline while I was on top and hence lost the auction. I find this not professional from your part and when the bidding clock goes to zero then the highest bid should be honoured. Extending the bidding after the clock turns to zero is not fair. I can show you evidence of this where I lost out on a few bids!!!!
