Objet qui montent trop
Le concept des enchères en ligne est très bien, puis accessible à beaucoup de gens.
Toutefois, comme toute application et tout site en ligne le mode de fonctionnement, même si accompagné d’expert les objets finissent trop largement surévalué et fait perdre tout l’intérêt de l’enchère. Sur la majorité des objets en se demande pour quelle raison le manque d’expertise de certains acheteurs, prennent autant de valeur.
Donc concept bien mais beaucoup de flou au niveau d’expertise (sur évaluation) et la montée des enchères trop importante qu’on tenu de la vraie valeur de certains objets.

Worst online auction
I never see such a bad online auction like this. You put for sale a 150$ item they won’t approve it because whatever do a review if she/he don’t like the item they won’t approve it . For them don’t worth 150$ but for others maybe worth that’s why they call auction.
Irritating
Customer service very difficult to reach (still trying to reach them).
Can’t open app
Unable to open app after latest iOS update.I have updated the app with no success. Can’t access support without opening app. Really stuck and frustrating

information about my order when is going to be delivered changed four times. basically it was inaccurate. The seller has used DHL service, which is the best in the business and after they did, I received the accurate information. however, it took them some time to do so while in meantime, Catawiki was giving me false information

Terrible customer service
I ordered a painting and it was quite expensive. I don’t have it. Customer service is not responding for days.

Signed up thinking looks good. Funnily enough as soon as you start bidding on something you’re outbid every single time because basically price is too low so you gotta keep on going higher. Don’t bother ir waste your time with this auction app. *update to their response* you bid against bot not actual people literally got screenshots to prove

Customer not looked after
In the UK only purchase from sellers in the UK otherwise you will not know the final price as you may have to pay taxes and duties.
App doesn’t work
Useless app, unable to bid, won’t allow me to accept the updated terms that allow you to bid… just stays on the screen and doesn’t go away and allow me to press accept, I’m only able to select sign out

Awful
All great until something goes wrong. 10 days from reporting a broken item and still no refund, or communication on when it will be processed. The customer support is non existent, the communication terrible and the return and refund process laughable. Stick with eBay is my advice

100 for shipping is a ridiculous cost which isn’t always advertised by sellers inflation the price of their items -
Bad Customer Support
I have made several purchases using this platform and had problems with all but 1. Each time I contact customer support they disregard me and I end up loosing money, not getting what I purchased, or both. This company does not care about its customers at all. It’s extremely frustrating to try communicating with a company whose customer service doesn’t care who is being screwed over as long as the company is making money.
If I had a single issue, I would not have bothered to write a review but it was multiple times, with different sellers, and the company is to blame. I will obviously never be using their services again and I recommend that no one else does either.
Save yourself the headache, shop elsewhere.

Ich verstehe nicht Wie kann das sein wenn ich jetzt wenn ich eine Preis biete, direkt in Sekunde wird höher Gebot gibt jedes Mal dasselbe. Ich mache 80€ und genau 1 Sekunde später sehe ich, dass eine andere 90€ Gebot hat wenn ein zweimal passiert ist, okay aber jedes Mal solange, wenn das Maximum Preis nicht erreicht ist, kann man ganze Tag spielen passiert nicht. Also irgendwie verstehe ich nicht ob das alles jetzt Brot machen oder hinterher catawiki setzen zu viele Leute, die die gleiche Produkt haben wollen, die ich haben will . Ich gucke nach paar Tage. Wenn das jedes Mal gleiche passiert wird, dann suche ich eine andere App. Gute Produkt sieht man aber weiß man nicht, ob man die auch hier was kaufen kann

Insulting
How they list your item is terrible. You can’t share your auction details on social media and you have to wait a week for approval before anything happens. Then they secretly don’t tell you how much they think it’s worth not shown on your selling dashboard but on the website where you’re not connected to your own account! like what kind of expert does that?? My item was undervalued badly and it was a prototype artist proof with provenance emails by a famous artists. Personally I would go elsewhere, they aren’t serious people and the buyers are a joke and are Not serious collectors here. I wouldn’t be surprise if some reviews on here aren’t genuine.

Bidding termination time
I found that I was outbid in several instances after the bidding deadline while I was on top and hence lost the auction. I find this not professional from your part and when the bidding clock goes to zero then the highest bid should be honoured. Extending the bidding after the clock turns to zero is not fair. I can show you evidence of this where I lost out on a few bids!!!!
