No guidance, no use
Doesn’t offer any guidance on how you can more realistically approach changing your mindset or what to do, so not really sure why it name drops CBT as it’s devoid of any use in teaching.

Good app, great idea, needs more flexible editing
Only used it a couple of times. Looks a great idea as it prompts you a analyse your own emotions and is simple to use. However it treats positive emotion scores the same way as negative emotions, for example if you achieve a higher strength relaxation after doing something good, it says “oh that’s a pity…”. On the editing side, it would be great if you could go back in and edit an entry or even delete the entry. The only option you get is to delete all entries.
