Recently found out I had thyroid cancer.. Dr. Toset was my doctor/surgeon. He was incredible I always felt from the start that I was in good hands. I couldn’t be happier with service and the staff at good Samaritan Hospital. My primary doctor is Craig Coleman he is excellent I feel so comfortable with him.. he really cares for his patients

It’s a wonderful, my dear. I am allowed to see my results of my test in a printed format. sometimes you get a phone call and give you all everything’s fine. and I understand that we’re reading it on paper. You’re trying to get a little more information.It’s pretty cool.

My nurse was top notch performer in doing all the things and doing so amazingly well She didn’t even breath and I think she prob could’ve done it all, including getting my blood, with her eyes closed! She deserves the recognition and I hope she gets to see this! I’ve had her before and she never struggles. I appreciate her strong skills so very much! Valuable thank you! 🙌🏼🩵🙌🏼

Bad App Reflects Bad Leadership and Erodes Confidence
The app has too limited actual functionality. You cannot change an appointment in it. The app tries to force signatures on documents.
The medication list is hopelessly inadequate-none of my common meds are listed
And, I can6get CHS to remove false data appearing in it.
I wonder if the physicians here rely on such weak IT.

Test result
I received 2 txtx that my test results were posted. So I checked but to date the results are not posted. I want to send the results to my referring doctor who requested them.
Wrong test results posted
Holter test results for wrong patient posted to my account. Really sloppy work by electrophysiology department leading me to wonder if the MD caring for me ever reviewed the correct results as never heard anything from him.

No same day apts and when you call to schedule a same day the people aren’t even in the office . It a call center . CHS has gone down hill.
