Hands down the best app i’ve used to train. To have my Catholic faith and fitness all in the same app to hold me accountable on both ends is an ABSOLUTE game changer!! The workouts are easy to learn and really push you. The community aspect of it is super dope as well. Especially as a revert to the faith. It’s a necessary part of every man’s arc. They go hand in hand. The confession tracker is also something I never seen done before that comes in clutch!!!
