Quick fixes and killer features

Had a couple of image issues on my iPhone SE which the devs fixed same day. Cazoo lets me hide cars that are ex-fleet or ex-rental and shows their price history, two killer features (for me) the other main app (AT) doesn’t do.

Broken on iPhone SE

Was working well but an update left me unable to view multiple images making the app useless. Web page works but nags to use the app.

Shockingly bad search system

It’s difficult to explain how really bad this app’s search facilities are. Combined with the images being cropped to 1/3 height so you cannot see the van properly from the images the vendor has posted.

Dire, absolutely dire app.

Search engine is good but don’t bother to message the seller, they ignore your questions and simply spam you with irrelevant information and try to sell you add ons like insurances, warranties, finance “special coatings”

False advertising…

I was searching for camper vans on Facebook Marketplace and an ad popped up for Cazoo, with lots of listings for camper vans on it. So I downloaded it, only to find out you can’t actually search for camper vans. So I search up vans, and I’m just scrolling for ages trying to find one that looks like a camper van. Gave up, waste of time.

Waste of time

Saw advert on Facebook as in market for car. The app is awful. The search just does not work. Tell you no cars but the type the model in manually and a list comes up. It also failed the other way round. Gives you a list of cars then when you go to look says none found. I’ll stick with autotrader.
