This app isnt working well if i open within 2 seconds if gets off automatically
Crashing Simultaneously
After the update of my IOS to 26.4, the application keeps on crashing once it connects to the watch.
Default time is wrong
Not able to set time default time is wrongly updated no option to set time according to current region
Need more improvements
Unable to detect weather even if the location permission is provided to the app. Also live map tracking is not supported for ios maps !!

App crash
App is not starting on i phone 13. To connect my device again if battery discharge, i have to reinstall the app and for only one time, the app opens and after that it keeps closing when tried to open.
App with many issues, plz provide update urgently
CB activ is not having many options. First of all, no option to stop continuous HR monitor which is draining the battery drastically. Also no option in the app to enable weather in the watch.
Many more flaws like we cannot get older data if we do not sync daily. The raise wrist feature also often malfunctions.
Also the option to set the timing for sleep is not available. (Some people workings in the night shift will never get to know about the sleep as they will sleep in the day hours which will not be counted)
Only two new watch faces can be changed. Rest 4 faces remains the same. Even after setting the date format as DD-MM-YYYY most of the watch faces shows date in MM-DD-YYYY format.

Third class defective watch - Ignite S3
I have purchased crossbeat ignite S3 smart watch and within 8 months it’s screen was not working properly and it is in warranty period hence register complaint at customer care but received patharon response from crossbeat team. They have clear said that even my watch is in warranty period then also they haven’t repaired it on the contrary reverted watch without repairing it and with broken situation. Even after multiple complaints, it’s customer care not even responded. This is fake or defective smart watch manufacturing company which doesn’t even follow warranty norms and selling low quality defective products in market to earn easy money by cheating Indian customers. Never buy crossbeat products. They are having pathetic service and defective products. ………….DON’T BUY CROSSBEAT PRODUCTS ……..:.::::NEVER BUY DEFECTIVE CROSSBEAT PRODUCTS

Issue with AGPS update. When I check in it, it says expired and update again and not able to sync data with Strava application.
