Not worth it doesn’t work
I tried to add money into my wallet several times, but it doesn’t work after several attempts I contacted Support. They couldn’t help me. They just kept telling me to upgrade my account then I tried to upgrade my account using Passport.
After paying two dollars for the identity verification, the app couldn’t allow me to upgrade my Level. I still couldn’t add money into my wallet. And they just made me pay two dollar for nothing. I ask someone to add the two dollars from another connect account. I do not recommend this app on this version and they need a better service support that communicates In both language well.

Do NOT use this app
I initiated a transfer to my CBE bank account, and the app marked it as successful and generated a receipt. However, the money never reached the destination account.
It’s been over two weeks, and the issue is still unresolved. I’ve tried their live chat, sent emails to customer support, called the support number and even had the recipient visit a CBE branch in Addis Ababa, but no one has been able to resolve the problem.
A money transfer app should be reliable and provide responsive customer support when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this app.

Bad experience
Dear fellow Ethiopians, I want to share my honest experience. In my opinion, this app is a scam. They seem focused on collecting money, but they do not listen to customers or make any effort to solve problems. I have had a very bad experience and was unable to get my money back. The app does not work as promised.

Keeps on failing
I live in the UK 🇬🇧 and the app has an issue on my end. It won’t let you deposit any kinda amount from you local bank account. it keeps on declining.
Stupid and useless
I attempted like 100 times and tried using several visa and master card accounts from USA. No luck. What a waste smh

Upgrade Not Working
Great app with a nice offer for remittance. I paid the $2 for the Upgrade authentication purposes but the next step doesn’t work. It would be great if we can hold other currencies in addition to USD and birr as well

Why can’t I add USD funds into the account?
I can’t add USD funds to the account even after verifying with my bank that the transaction is authentic. Was sent a link to click on and confirm but even after the funds could not be added. And only visa is allowed. Discover, Amex and others are not allowed. I used a Visa card and it still did not go through. Also trying to upgrade your account verification system to upload US passport doesn’t work
