Duplicate charges for one transaction
It occasionally charges you twice for one transaction but the additional amount doesn’t appear on the recipient number - meaning one has ask for a refund. And the customer support is not very helpful on that.
Terrible
The app is full of bugs takes ages to respond to request and doesn’t work most times. Requires patience and multiple attempts. Only uses USD no other currency. Not even lets you input ETB to see how much USD you need to send. Absolutely unacceptable we are in 2026! This is so basic we’re not asking for much!

The gift didn't show up
The 11% promotion that you displayed didn't show up in the actual exchange. Either Remove the promotion or apply it.
Functional, but needs improvements
Functional, but UI needs to improve. 2FA is also slow and sometimes requires multiple efforts. Support for additional card networks (e.g., Amex) would be good.
Can’t get verification code to log in
This app used to work perfectly. After changing my phone, I can’t even log in anymore because the verification code never arrives. I’ve tried multiple times with no success. Please fix the login/verification system.
