Duplicate charges for one transaction
It occasionally charges you twice for one transaction but the additional amount doesn’t appear on the recipient number - meaning one has ask for a refund. And the customer support is not very helpful on that.

The app is full of bugs takes ages to respond to request and doesn’t work most times. Requires patience and multiple attempts. Only uses USD no other currency. Not even lets you input ETB to see how much USD you need to send. Absolutely unacceptable we are in 2026! This is so basic we’re not asking for much!

The 11% promotion that you displayed didn't show up in the actual exchange. Either Remove the promotion or apply it.
Functional, but needs improvements
Functional, but UI needs to improve. 2FA is also slow and sometimes requires multiple efforts. Support for additional card networks (e.g., Amex) would be good.
Can’t get verification code to log in
This app used to work perfectly. After changing my phone, I can’t even log in anymore because the verification code never arrives. I’ve tried multiple times with no success. Please fix the login/verification system.

Straight-Up Scam – I Got Robbed and Stranded
This app is a complete scam. I sent money from overseas, and it showed “successful” in the app – but the recipient never received anything. When they went to the agent, they were told the system had no record of the transfer. I was left helpless, stranded, and robbed. I tried everything to reach support – the app, calling, WhatsApp, Facebook, Direct call and NOTHING. Every time, I got ignored or hit with automated messages. No human help. No solution. When I finally got someone on the phone, the agent was beyond rude careless, dismissive, and straight-up disrespectful. He didn’t even pretend to help. He told me “the money is gone” with no explanation, no refund, no accountability. Imagine being told your hard earned money just disappeared and they don’t care. He spoke over me, had a disgusting attitude, and basically told me it’s my problem now. I’ve never felt more disrespected or scammed in my life. They took my money, provided zero support, and left me and the recipient with nothing. And to make it worse, the recipient has a strict call limit per day if they don’t reach someone during that tiny window, your money is just lost. This isn’t bad service it’s theft. Do not trust this app with your money. It’s a trap. I repeat: this is a scam.

Awesome but…
Great option but I have some feedback for improvement . For instance, one should have the option of plugging in the amount of ETB one wants to send and have the app calculate the equivalent amount in USD. This app only shows the ETB equivalent of the USD that the user plugs in.

I tried sending $200 to a friend. They charged me but my friend never received the money. I’ve been trying to reach customer service, but they keep saying they’re investigating, and it’s been over two months with no resolution. The customer service is terrible! Avoid using this service, they will scam you!

Doesn’t work at all
Went to read the terms and conditions and there’s no way to go back and continue the registration. Had to close the app and restart. On the second retreat it doesn’t send the 6 digits code after waiting over three minutes. Even tried the resend button but no luck. I don’t think this is tested properly and it is rushed to production.

I like how easy it is but didn’t work for me
The app, interface and how easy it is, is the best part. The main part … sending money is not working. After filling out all information (I like how the name is auto populated when phone number is entered) no feedback. Just white screen. No error code or contact detail. Is this even an official app?
