CBP Agency is very dishonest
The state department sells passport cards under the premise that it gives you access to ready lane but in reality CBP @ San Ysidro harms vulnerable pedestrian traffic by denying access to ready lanes by pedestrians and only offers it to automobiles. This targets the poor, handicapped and those of color. The data put into this app is dishonest just like the CBP Port Directors putting the false information into the app abusing the public’s trust in their institutions. By far worst app ever!
I downloaded the app & used it when traveling through the Presidio Bridge. The app stated 45 minutes to pass & it literally took 6 hours to pass. Unrealistic information is provided. The data that is used to provide the estimate is make believe! Don’t waste your time downloading this ridiculous useless app!

Helpful for wait times
Border Wait Times are nearly correct at the crossing. Liked the nearest port feature.
Times wildly off
Crossing times have been wildly off for the Otay SENTRI lanes. Yesterday at 1 pm app predicted a 25 min wait yet wait was 1hr 45 minutes. Not the first time.
If app states no wait or 5 min. wait perhaps it may be right. But I no longer have the slightest confidence in its accuracy.
Once I was asked at the booth how long my wait was. I told them, but the app was not updated, it continued to show a wait of half the amount.
I will no longer rely on this mostly useless app.

Time frame
Would it hurt to have these crossing times be accurate. There’s times it shows 110 min wait time and I mentally prepare to leave to get it over with and it’s less than that. Sure it’s a blessing but there’s times it’s shown 60 min wait and it’s gone up to 130 min wait times. It’s kooks common customs agent make your stuff work.

Absolute garbage app, its like they put the wrong time on purpose. It is always wrong either less or 3 times as much as listed. Super unreliable if you want to download it, DONT!!

Inaccurate - don’t bother
The wait time said 40 minutes it’s been 3 hours and we still are in line. I understand the ey don’t have control over how long it takes, but the hourly updates are straight up wrong. Btw - it still says wait time is 40 minutes

These actual times on here are not real and not up-to-date. The app has not been updated in three years. Do not trust this app.
Very useful
Looks like no one’s been reviewing this for a while. Tons of updates have made this perfect for us traveling through Canada for our semi annual family gatherings in Michigan (from Massachusetts). Not only can we check on the multiple border crossings that’s available to us (peace bridge, Lewiston and Niagra) but it also has a map feature that will tell you how long it will take for you to get to each one. It also has links to their webcams so you can see for yourself how busy each border crossing is.

Disappointed
So this app said that the General line at San Ysidro was less than 10 minutes wait time but the line was super long! It was more like a four hour wait time! I’m done with this app!
Fraudulent information
The app says displays information about wait times for pedestrians in ready lane at San Ysidro point of entry. Ready lane is not available for pedestrians only for automobiles thereby violating the Americans with disabilities act. The USA give does not care about your grandmother in a wheelchair or who has swollen legs if she does not pay the extortion fee charged through the administrative rules act as the trusted traveler program was created thereby bypassing Congress. CBP and USCIS is violating 18 USC 1581

It’s never accurate it shows about 40 mins to cross and I’m no way near the border and been waiting 30 so far

Not sure who’s fault it is, Friday 12 , it was displaying wait time of less than 10 minutes at Lukesville Border with Mexico and it took us 45 minutes to travel 2 miles to the boarder. Info provided it is not accurate at all.

The times a crossing are open are not up-to-date for the Hidalgo-Pharr crossing. The website has the correct current hours but the app does not. The app says 6a-midnight for passenger vehicles. The actual hours are: 6:00 AM-8:00 AM (Central)
