This would be the perfect bank IF you could get assistance everyday and night when you need it the most they are closed and you can leave a message yet the fraud people can call you at all hours of the night… it should go both ways for the best customer service!!!
Can’t check my balance
I can’t check my balance because I need an update that is not there.
Update doesn’t work
My app was working fine then all the sudden I get the message that the app needs an update. I try to update it and it won’t even update. It send me back to the screen to open the app. I can’t even get on the app now to access my account.

App is still broken. Apple users are unable to view app. It just opens then completely crashes and closes out the app. Can’t login to online banking or see account. Please fix! This has been going on for a week now!
App won’t open with new I phone update
Updated the new version of I phone and now the bank app won’t open at all called the bank said they are aware of the issue but don’t know when it will be fixed. It’s been down for weeks now!

Please update to be compatible with latest iOS update. This is a known issue and should at least be acknowledged with an update on your webpage that it’s being dealt with. Unfortunately, logging into account through mobile browser is also not working (neither with safari nor chrome).
