An App Worthy of This Institution
This app is complete garbage. STILL unable to have access to a joint account with my spouse ( met with shrugs why that’s the case and haven’t been helped). The app is unintuitive slop built by an unskilled hand by the cheapest bidder and doesn’t even look any better than the old version that ACTUALLY worked.
I never realized how important mobile banking was to me until you decided to hit me with this “upgrade”. I look forward to genuinely smiling at one of your consistently rude tellers and closing every account I have with this awful joke of a financial institution.
