Check Deposit Issues
Especially with the reverse side. We get to see the front image of the check when scanned/imaged. However we only see a green box with a thumbs up that it captured something usable for the reverse.
If it showed us the full image of the reverse we might avoid rejected deposit attempts due to bad scans/imaging (wrinkles/folds, etc.).
The app used to do this, IIRC. Why the change?

Slow response and notification never notify me until a day later that I have received a deposit or something has came out my account pls update and fix app would be great if these issues was fixed

Update recommendation?
This is the best bank I’ve ever used. The app is okay, but would be interested in being able to have push notifications to my phone from the app about my balance or transactions I make at that moment instead of having to log in the app each time to check into it. That’s the only reason I put 4 stars. Overall this bank is great!

Needs updated again. Half the time won’t let me log in.
Terrible New Update
When my boyfriend and I first signed up in December with CBTX their app was perfect and easy to understand. With this new update there are no dates! Everything is jumbled and I have no clue what is happening. Everything shows pending when the system decides to go through. This update was a major step back in programming.
