Always freezing
The app is constantly freezing as soon as it opens and won’t let you get off the main screen so you have to constantly restart the app
Logging in is painful
Always have to re log in to the app every time. Doesn’t remember any details. It’s 2026 get with it CBUS. Honestly a joke.
Gone backwards the app
This app is rubbish, constantly fails to save passwords and no facial recognition is retained after selecting yes to confirm. The latest version basically just a website viewer.

The latest version is t working! I reset the password, uninstalled and reinstalled it and still cannot access.
I contact Cbus and they raised a ticket for the team to contact to assist, they never called.
I suggest replace the manager who approve the app. And place the team under a notice.
Due diligence isn’t hard to complete and can run smoothly by trying yourself rather than wait for clients to have issues.

Poor app development
Regularly updates and then won’t use iPhone face recognition already approved for login, resulting in error messages and non stop login failure loops where system saved password isn’t recognised, password reset won’t work, triggering lockout periods

I’d shop around been with cbus for a while super has gone no where in past 3 too 4 years, full time worker. Getting charge administration fees 2 times in one day constantly, it’s depressing to see how much they actually take from your future,Contribution fees worth hundreds. I’d like to put more into my super but I worry they’ll make the fees higher just to take it. 0 trust

The app is deliberately designed to frustrate user, afterall this is a kind of insurance scam. Happy to get money but when it comes to accountability, there are divine rules to satisfy

I am frequently asked for my login details despite setting up passcode and face recognition.

This has to be the worst app ever! I am constantly being locked out of the app and being asked to log back in. When I log back in, my password is not recognised. This happens 2-3 times per week. I’m completely over this garbage! Cbus needs to address this ASAP!!

Can never see transaction history
Why can I never see any transaction history when I log into the app? There seems to be no point in having an app when it doesn’t provide the information it is supposed to.

Probably the worst app I’ve used in my life don’t even know how this company operates when the app doesn’t even load or loads out of date data
Slow to load. Quick to crash.
Takes a terribly long time to load after signing in and it eventually just gives up loading and leaves you on a blank screen. Pathetic.

I am unable to register myself everytime I try to click on register now, the app crashes. Its annoying
Finally login issues resolved
Now it remembers my login details and I can login with Face ID after logout
Login Experience
The new update of the app have good app experience which lets to store the member id when logout. Nicely encrypted with only last 3 digits of my member Id displayed. The devs have incorporated all three authentication which makes the app little special to check my super details. Can’t ask for more for a super app !
