APP NOT WORKING

Been trying to log in for the pass hour won’t let me keeps saying log in later

Won’t allow me to input verification code

To be honest I can’t actually give a quality review of the app because when I tap on the squares to input the verification code sent to my phone the app won’t let me input the numbers. All it will allow me to do is request a new code which doesn’t help me.

Nice that they’ve made an app but if it doesn’t work what’s the point?

Can’t access Income Protection page

This app continues to disappoint. I have an income protection claim and every time I go in to “Manage my insurance” it stays on the loading page - urlife.net.au and will not go any further. I need to access this page to upload important documents and track my claim but 90% of the time it doesn’t load up! People rely on this app for extremely important information and there is a major problem and the app needs a complete overhaul. Please respect these reviews from myself and others and rectify this app and its major issues.
