APP NOT WORKING
Been trying to log in for the pass hour won’t let me keeps saying log in later
Won’t allow me to input verification code
To be honest I can’t actually give a quality review of the app because when I tap on the squares to input the verification code sent to my phone the app won’t let me input the numbers. All it will allow me to do is request a new code which doesn’t help me.
Nice that they’ve made an app but if it doesn’t work what’s the point?

Why always need to upgrade in every months?
Can’t access Income Protection page
This app continues to disappoint. I have an income protection claim and every time I go in to “Manage my insurance” it stays on the loading page - urlife.net.au and will not go any further. I need to access this page to upload important documents and track my claim but 90% of the time it doesn’t load up! People rely on this app for extremely important information and there is a major problem and the app needs a complete overhaul. Please respect these reviews from myself and others and rectify this app and its major issues.

I find this app really easy to use, simple and overall just a great way to check your super. I’ve red previous comments about the app but I’ve had no troubles at all with it. Thank you guys!

App offers no technical insight into your own portfolio except lump sums for the financial year, oh and directions to read your yearly statement? Wtf. No data comparison between my DIY and others, and other markets. You’re making me steer my ship blindly. I dont even know my own return to date, nor over the year in a personalised report AT THE LEAST you would think. No raw data download. Quite literally worthless. Me using a piece of paper for ver the histogram of yearly increases to get a trend line provides more insight into this app. They are likely doing it on purpose for obvious reasons.

No iPad version still???
Disappointing that this app still isn’t universal , and runs in the squished iPhone width-height on iPad. In 2026 it’s fair to say this should be standard now. Please add this to the queue.

Rubbish app
Where do I start? Have to keep signing in, can’t create a passkey, have to use sms (sucks if you are travelling) and it doesn’t retain “trusted device” status. Better off going to the website.
Cannot be used without Australian SMS
I think this is a really good app great functionality, but you cannot use it if you cannot receive SMS on your phone outside of Australia. Which makes it useless if there is a sudden market change and you want to adjust your money. You need to implement MFA via email or Authentication app.

Terrible app
I do not understand how such a large company can have such a completely dysfunctional app. It literally never works. It’s slow, it crashes, it freezes. How can it be this bad?
What’s going on?
The app is not responding I can wait and wait for something to load but it is not working. Very frustrating I haven’t been able to access for at least a month or more now. Please fix ASAP.

No search option
Yes I would like to check balance and investment but looking for a form to change details is super difficult, I have to search the internet because I cannot locate in the app or load in the app. It’s as though it is designed so members cannot upload their forms
App is not usable
It’s been more than a month the app not responding after sign in. The latest update doesn’t fix the issue. How this can happen for the largest aus super fund company. Very disappointing :(
