After today’s 18-Mar-2026 mobile update, I have expectations for this app to scale to better to new heights. Good update to the app. Marketing and everything with a new theme on stat page. Onwards and upwards. Cheers!!!
Bank e service is not cooperating
Lund bank ek no e service enable krne ke liye bhi pareshan karay hai bank account hi nahi open karna idr kabi bhi
Poor Experience
The narrations don’t show up on the statement, and you can only download it to PDF and not XLS or Excel. The App is unable to connect most of the time. The payments are fast otherwise

Most Horrible App
Most of the time their servers are down, beneficiaries are there for name sake as you have to enter all details while making a transaction. If there are multiple transactions then God help you as the second or third transaction will fail
Bad App for iOS
The bank app interface is pretty shoddy and does NOT work properly with iOS...especially with iOS 13 and above. I have raised this feedback to the bank several times (months back) and it's pretty clear that the bank doesn't value mobile or e-banking as they claim, as no update has happened and no one got back to me either.
They kept on advising me to sign up for E-banking but didn't tell me it wasn't robust.
