Worst Bank
My bank account was frozen twice in 6 months. I got my KYC done 6 months ago. After 6 months it was frozen again for KYC. I have made three rounds till now. The bank people are not having any effect. I am not able to make any payment for the last 20 days. Address verification has also been done. After that they are saying to submit the latest Aadhar card. Every time they are giving some new requirement. My most earnest request is that please do not get an account opened in Utkarsh Small Finance Bank..Sector 15 branch Gurgaon.

Third grade app
It’s worst to worst, fully time wast, in digital era if you use any utkarsh bank app - fully foolishness. Every second day we receive message for stop working for updating system
Registration not taking place
This is new bank. Their software not up to date. They are on trial. And now I fear for the safety of my money
App crashes in iPhone
In new registration process the app crashes and closes unable to use app in iPhone.
