Extremely Slow Customer Support
There is no phone number whatsoever for customer support and then my transaction got in a pending state and then they were not ready to release my transaction for three business days and this was a significantly large transaction where I was trying to buy an item from India and it got stuck and nobody even told me that there was a daily limit of one lakh and then monthly limit of two lakhs so without knowing all this it’s an absolutely hard time that I’m getting right now.
