Use anything other than this app
This app is a SCAM!! I put in Rs. 5000 to use, but every time I tried to scan the QR code to pay, the app said “can’t pay to personal UPI account”. These were legit businesses that I could not pay. So when I wanted to take my money out of the account they said I have to close my account completely and they would charge me Rs. 500 for it???? Ridiculous. Please look for anything other than this app, they are not genuine.

Tourist Beware - horrible customer service
Truly, you are better getting an international credit card and using that. This app only creates additional hassle and has with held money for a return from me for the past 2 weeks.
The customer service has truly been abysmal. No compassion and I truly think they just have a bot.
The convenience was minimal especially as many uber drivers prefers direct pay. Just get cash and utilize that. The fees are hidden and charge you significantly more.

Awesome resource for tourists in India. One if the must have apps if traveling in India.
As a frequent traveler, it’s inconvenient when you can’t use the dominant local method of payment, and many countries have QR payment systems that travelers can’t access.
QR payments are universal and ubiquitous in India and Mony allowed me to seamlessly pay using QR codes during my month long trip. Only small hickup is you can’t pay other people or personal accounts, only businesses (maybe this is standard for QR Payments, not sure) so a couple times it didn’t work. Other than that I used it frequently and never had an issue.

Easy to use app. Team was very helpful in setting it up. Really happy so far.

Other options and better exchange rate
The app is good but exchange rate seems expensive. There should be an option to add comments or details for making payments and still Airtel phone recharge isn’t working!
