Extremely Frustrating YONO App Access Issue – Forced to Visit Branch Despite Successful SMS Verifica
I have been trying to access the SBI YONO app for a long time, but I am continuously facing problems during the verification process.
The app sends the verification SMS, and the SMS is actually being sent and delivered successfully. However, the YONO app intermittently shows that the message was not sent and asks me to try again. After multiple attempts and considerable effort, it eventually shows that my access has been locked and instructs me to visit the branch.
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a digital banking application.
If I have to physically visit the bank branch every time there is an issue with YONO verification or access being locked, then what is the purpose of providing a mobile banking application in the first place? The entire purpose of YONO is to provide convenient banking services without requiring customers to repeatedly visit a branch.
I request SBI to urgently investigate this issue, unlock/restore my YONO access remotely, and fix the underlying verification/SMS issue so that this does not happen again.
I have already spent significant time trying to resolve this through the app. Please do not simply ask me to visit the branch again. I expect SBI to provide a proper digital resolution for a problem occurring within its own digital banking service.
Please treat this as a serious complaint and provide a clear resolution at the earliest.

Really bad app
This new app upgrade has ruined everything. Multiple steps everywhere, slower, and wants location info. Information on important account details is missing! The layout is cluttered with ads for finservices.
Irritating updates
Ask to update every single time the app is opened !!

Hopeless update
This update completely prevented me from the YONO App more than one day it is still going in circles
Worst update (access issue)
I am using IPhone X and max update for this phone is 16.7.16, earlier this app was working fine in this phone and now app got an update compatibility with only 17 or later? Users who’ve older version has to change their phones to use this app? 👎don’t like this update. SBI need to fix this asap.
