Worst banking app

This is the worst banking app I have ever used. Actually I have two sim and one of them is registered with PNB. If I am connecting Internet with other sim it doesn’t work. Reason is due to security issue, we can only use the registered sim’s internet for open the app and operations. This is the third class security system, even iam opening the app with my Face ID or finger print otherwise security pin then what is the requirement of your sim verification. I have hdfc, SBI and canara app in mobile. None of them has this kind of third class security facility for their valuable customers.. cheer up guys you are the oldest public sector bank in india and your mentality still in that 20th century

App is crashing

The app works fine until I login, as soon as I logged in it is crashing. I tried clearing cache, reinstalling but nothing worked. Requesting developers to fix the bug asap

NRI options

Very poor. I can not change TPIN. Says need to go to branch to change. How can a NRI go to branch in India? No option to update personal info from app and request a debit card which is expiring and is asking for TPIN which I cannot update. How this bank even survive boggles my mind.

The app is crashing. Not functional at all. Being a banking app it should be reliable and functional. If the bank cannot fix and run their app problems, how can we trust that they will keep our bank accounts secure.
