Worst banking app
This is the worst banking app I have ever used. Actually I have two sim and one of them is registered with PNB. If I am connecting Internet with other sim it doesn’t work. Reason is due to security issue, we can only use the registered sim’s internet for open the app and operations. This is the third class security system, even iam opening the app with my Face ID or finger print otherwise security pin then what is the requirement of your sim verification. I have hdfc, SBI and canara app in mobile. None of them has this kind of third class security facility for their valuable customers.. cheer up guys you are the oldest public sector bank in india and your mentality still in that 20th century

App is crashing
The app works fine until I login, as soon as I logged in it is crashing. I tried clearing cache, reinstalling but nothing worked. Requesting developers to fix the bug asap
NRI options
Very poor. I can not change TPIN. Says need to go to branch to change. How can a NRI go to branch in India? No option to update personal info from app and request a debit card which is expiring and is asking for TPIN which I cannot update. How this bank even survive boggles my mind.
App crashes
The app is crashing. Not functional at all. Being a banking app it should be reliable and functional. If the bank cannot fix and run their app problems, how can we trust that they will keep our bank accounts secure.
TPIN reset doesn’t work
TPIN reset doesn’t work from App. After accepting new TPIN, it asks to change Account access and doesn’t allow TPIN resetting.
Stable App
PNB one app is very convenient. It packed with many useful features such as bill payments, transfers , and secure facial login. The interface is user friendly and easy to navigate. All in all a very good app.

App need to be made user friendly and trying to activate my debit but not getting green otp on registered mobile number waiting for hours still nothing, not sure how else can i activate my debit cards

I’m closing my account in this bank man!! What the hell is this app seriously. This is a public sector bank and you cannot even fix your app!!!!!!! It’s been years now!!!
Nominee updation
The nominee updation option through PNB ONE app is not functional. It was not working in the previous update of the app as well. We are able to modify the details and are asked to enter the otp at the time of submission. Once it is submitted, fatal error occurs.
The issue is there for the past many years and I thought it will get resolved in the new update but unfortunately it didn’t happen.

Worst app
The PNB One app is extremely disappointing. It is poorly designed, making navigation complicated and frustrating. The app is very slow, causing unnecessary delays. For NRIs, logging in is a major struggle as the app often fails to accept our registered cell numbers, making access nearly impossible. Overall, it feels useless and needs significant improvements to be functional and user-friendly.

No idea why everything has to be so complicated with this app. Every update comes with its set of complexities.
