Do not apply or try to get credit for PNB
On of the worst and very time consuming bank to apply for credit card. I have applied for credit card through kiwi app and it almost a month now still it isn’t processed. After doing vkyc they said it will take 15 working days max but from almost a month there to update about application. Very pathetic service both call and email also. RBI should ban this type of bank immediately who doesn’t know how to give service to customers. Thos who are trying to gate credit card take my suggestion that gate any credit card other than pnb. Just the application process is very painful and pathetic that you can’t imagine after service.

Very convenient app
It makes easy to manage card .
Available Limit cannot be seen
1)In the recent update. It only shows the total card limit . U cannot see the Available credit limit and the used limit in the front page.
Previously it can be seen easily on the card image
2) In the login Pin Previously the Numbers were jumbled. So it was not easy to see the login Pin . Now the number pad opens and it’s not secure.

Worst banking app
It’s a bogus app. When you do payment from PNB bank itself …payment could not be completed even after money deducted from my PNB saving account. There is no message from PNB regarding my money back in PNB account. If you go to add your card in PNB account …it couldn’t add it….never get PNB credit card ….services are totally worst. I will suggest everybody never get PNB credit card even after if they pay you money for it….
