Short video session
Video option allows 30 seconds but will only record 8 seconds. I tried and retake it a dozen times and still not able to record entire 30 seconds. Every time cut off at 8 seconds.

Very easy to use very clear directions uploaded all my information as soon as I opened it when I got the link from the insurance company highly recommend
No ability to expand unseen damage
Seems easy to use but there is no way to provide unseen damage explanation . I have damage that doesn’t show in photos

What an awesome app to file a claim! Instead of taking random pictures and just guessing what the insurance needs, it prompts you for every photo, tells you how to take it and what they need! So simple, it’s crazy!!
Two tweaks
You should add the ability to input extra information also two video option’s instead of just 1

I’m so terrible with electronics that I always fear trying them out. But my adjuster sent me the link and it downloaded Pickett-split! The directions were easy to follow and made my process quick (a miracle!) and easy. Now if the repairs go as nicely….!

Good, can be better
Good to upload photos and submission to app without waiting for in person assessment. Can’t download estimate to send to dealer. Have to take pictures and send in email or messenger.

Crummiest Way To Submit Car Damage
I’m no technophile and this was the worst way I’ve ever seen to submit a claim! Farmers ought to be ashamed to submit their policy holders to such a travesty!

This app is wonderful in speeding up the claims process. The body shop I was referred to put and get me in for two weeks to do the assessment like this that took 10 minutes.

Car damage on a 2014Terrain
I do not care for this app because the pictures were not clear. So I provided additional pictures. Plus this take away a job for the professional person to obtain all information necessary. However the app does guide you but I rather just take the pictures and be done. Plus it took forever for a representative to contact me about my vehicle or even to check if I was having any problem with the app.

Could not upload video and kept freezing
I am not good with technology
However, this was amazing. So simple I could do it . It showed you just how to hold the camera etc. Very impressive app. Thank you Go Auto for making it so easy.
