I’m just trying to transfer money
I’m seriously just trying to transfer 38 into my savings before I get ready for work. Instead I get met with shilling and blah blah blah. Seeing no way for me to just transfer my money.
Can’t update
My device won’t let me update the app. I shouldn’t have to buy a new device to do my banking
Can’t use bill pay
I can’t use bill pay because the credit union setup the checking account wrong, and they can’t fix it.

Do you think all senior citizens are wealthy and can run out and buy a $1000-$2000 phone? WTH!!!!!! Forcing a phone upgrade to scan checks
Might have to go to a Credit Union elsewhere now that they’re app is forcing OIS version upgrade. Can’t scan checks without app. I have an older phone and don’t live near their office. I’ve had an account here for only 25 years.

Inept
This app is terrible. Every attempt to access online bill pay, set up bill pay or banking transactions, I run into one obstacle after another. I would rather work with the people trying to extend my car warranty than use this app.

I don’t like I can only make 1 transaction in a day . I don’t understand this concept
Transfer Feature Never Works and Several Bugs
This app always crashes and gives an oops and error message on their end when you try to make a transfer. I’ve have several issues with the online banking platform over the years.
